CTE CONSTRUCTION is Hiring a Skilled Laborer Near Mc Cook, NE
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled laborers to join our team with experience in replacing siding, windows, doors, gutters, and facia. Must have a valid driver's license. This is a hands-on role that requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. CTE Construction is also looking for qualified subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting and carrying materials
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic construction techniques and tools
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
